1. Information Collection & Data Security

We collect information that you contribute directly to our services, including when you create an account, build projects, or communicate with team members. This typically includes:

  • Account Credentials (Email, Name, Hashed Passwords)
  • Workspace Data (Task descriptions, Documents, Team structures)
  • Communication Data (Meeting logs, Chat histories)
  • Technical Metadata (IP addresses, Browser types, Usage patterns)

2. Data Usage & GDPR Processing

WorkFlow uses your data solely to provide a high-performance productivity experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use your data to:

Authentication

Verifying your identity and securing your workspace.

Personalization

Tailoring the dashboard to your workflow preferences.

Connectivity

Allowing seamless collaboration between team members.

Notifications

Sending critical updates about your projects and account.

3. Advanced Security & Encryption

We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your data, including 256-bit AES encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Your workspace is logically isolated from other users to ensure maximum privacy.

Enterprise-Grade Protection

Regular security audits and automated threat detection are active 24/7 to safeguard your intellectual property.

4. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your workspace data or terminate your account directly from the profile settings. For specific GDPR inquiries, contact our Legal Data team.

5. Google User Data

WorkFlow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

No Third-Party Sharing

WorkFlow does not share, transfer, or disclose any Google user data to any third parties for any purpose. Your data is used exclusively within your own WorkFlow environment to provide the services you've requested.

Limited Purpose: Calendar Synchronization

The Google scopes requested (Calendar and Profile) are used strictly for the purpose of synchronizing your meetings and events between your Google Calendar and the WorkFlow platform. This allows you to manage schedules, view upcoming meetings, and create calendar events directly from your workspace.

You can revoke WorkFlow's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Security settings or by unlinking your account in the WorkFlow Profile settings.

6. Account Termination

Action & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards or fail to comply with billing requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
