Please read these terms carefully before using WorkFlow. By accessing the platform, you agree to these legally binding conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing WorkFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

WorkFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your organization's internal productivity needs. Under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the proprietary source code.
  • Use the software for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the platform.
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations.

3. Service Availability

“We strive for 99.9% uptime, but WorkFlow is provided 'as is'. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding service continuity or data permanence.”

4. Subscription & Billing

Premium features are billed on a subscription basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Third-Party Integrations & Google API

WorkFlow allows you to connect with third-party services, including but not limited to Google API Services. By enabling these integrations, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Google API Data: Our application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Purpose: Google user data (Calendar and Profile) is accessed solely for the purpose of providing calendar synchronization features within the platform.
  • No Sharing: We do not share, transfer, or disclose any Google user data to third parties.
  • User Control: You maintain full control over your data and can revoke access through your Google Security settings at any time.
  • Compliance: You are responsible for complying with the third party's terms and conditions during your use of such integrations.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards or fail to comply with billing requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
